牛海军,男,中共党员,河北阜城人,1973年10月出生。1991-2001年先后就读于黑龙江大学化学系、黑龙江大学高分子化学与物理系,并获学士、硕士学位。1995年分配到哈尔滨炼油厂工作。2001-2004年在哈工大材料学专业攻读博士学位,获工学博士学位。2004年到黑大化学化工学院工作,2006被聘为副教授,2012年被聘为正教授至今。

中国化学会会员,黑龙江省热处理协会理事,国际著名杂志审稿人。

主要从事导电高分子,电致变色材料与太阳能电池材料,聚合物修饰电极与化学传感器,导电高分子与碳纳米管、石墨烯碳材料的复合材料的制备及性能,在材料的设计合成、结构调控、异质结构建,纳米材料的改性取得了较为有意义的研究成果,专注于聚酰亚胺,聚酰胺,聚希夫碱,聚马来酰亚胺,聚氨酯材料的电致变色材料的研究,开展了聚酰亚胺/氧化石墨烯,聚酰胺/碳纳米管,聚希夫碱/氧化石墨烯复合材料的合成与电致变色的研究,发展聚希夫碱的pH传感器研究;研究了天然染料敏化太阳能电池,研究了聚合物/碳纳米管复合对电极。主持参与完成和正在开展国家自然科学基金项目(三项)、教育部博士点基金一项,黑龙江省青年基金项目一项,黑龙江省博士后落户项目一项,中国博士后基金一项,哈尔滨市青年基金一项,黑龙江省教育厅基金三项,黑龙江大学杰出青年基金一项,教育部重点实验室创新基金二项。

作为通讯作者在Carbon, Journal of Material Chemistry C, Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells Polymer Chemistry, Dyes and Pigments, Electrochimica Acta, Sensor and Acutor B, Journal of Electroanalytical chemistry, Material Chemistry and Physics, Materials Letters, Polymers 等SCI收录的国际期刊发表研究论文50余篇,其中影响因子大于3.0的研究论文15篇。获省科学技术奖三等奖1项,黑龙江省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖一项,第七届黑龙江省优秀硕士生导师, 获授权发明专利27项。出版专著2部。应德国SPRINGER出版社邀请为Carbon Nanotube based Polymer Composites Processing, Performance, and Application一书撰写了完整的一章。
